About the Policy

 

Maithili Jewels offers you a lifetime exchange/buyback of products with applicable deductions.

We have a 12-day return policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return Process takes 5-7 working days.

How does it work?

Simply Call/Email/Chat with our customer care team and inform regarding the same.​

The customer care team will arrange the transaction and guide you through the same (Please send the original packaging, Invoice & the product in this shipment)​

Our Quality Assurance (QA) team will check the product, to identify authenticity and damages and will connect with you regarding applicable deductions​

Please note the shipping charges are borne by YOU

Things to remember

​

Customised Jewellery (including personalised/ engraved products) is not eligible for RETURNS​

Any item that shows sign of Damage/Wear & Tear/ ALTERED in any way will not be covered under the Lifetime exchange/buyback policy.​

The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/ copy of the invoice to be covered under the return policy.
